Who Arsenal and Chelsea could face in Europa League quarter-final draw

Arsenal reached the Europa League quarter-finals after beating Rennes (Getty Images)Arsenal and Chelsea await their fate as both teams have secured a place in the Europa League quarter-final draw on Friday.
Unai Emery’s side overcame a 3-1 defeat to Rennes in the first leg to secure a 3-0 victory at the Emirates Stadium on Thursday night.
Chelsea, meanwhile, had a more comfortable path to the Europa League quarter-finals as they followed up a 3-0 win over Dynamo Kyiv at Stamford Bridge with a 5-0 win in Ukraine on Thursday.
Both Premier League sides could face each other in the last eight of the Europa League as the draw is now open and teams are no longer seeded or protected from playing another side from the same country.
Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri could face his former club Napoli as they are the now the only Serie A left in the Europa League following Inter’s 1-0 defeat to Eintracht Frankfurt at San Siro.

Unai Emery could potentially face two of his former clubs as Valencia have booked their place in the quarter-finals, while Sevilla are currently in extra time as they are drawing 1-1 on aggregate with Slavia Prague.
The Europa League quarter-final draw takes place at midday on Friday, while the semi-final draw will take place immediately after.
