DRUG firm bosses are probing Viagra sales amid fears the little blue pill is being used by blokes who do not need it.
Maker Pfizer is investigating because fellas with no ­problems in the sack are snapping up the sex drug wrongly believing it will make them last longer.

The pills are also often taken with illegal drugs such as cocaine, which increases the risk of strokes and heart attacks. Experts say the medication — which went on sale over the counter  and without prescription a year ago — can also cause dizziness.
Misuse can lead to unsafe sex and double the chance of getting a sexually transmitted infection, research shows.
Pfizer will work alongside the Government’s Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).
It will check that chemists are observing measures put in place to explain the risks of Viagra and go through a safety checklist before sale.
‘VERY RISKY’
Erectile dysfunction advice group Men’s Pharmacy said abuse of Viagra — medically called Sildenfal — can be “very risky”, especially with existing medical conditions.
A spokesman added: “The main myth is that people think Viagra will help them last for hours, without realising that if they do not already suffer  erectile dysfunction it has little effect.
“As with any medication, it’s important to get your symptoms checked by a healthcare professional to make sure Viagra is safe and appropriate.” Pfizer said it continuously works with authorities to monitor the safety of all of its medicines.

The probe came after  MP Sir Mark Hendrick demanded to know what action was being taken to prevent Viagra sales to men who do not need it.
VIAGRA pills and similar drugs were prescribed to 1,055 servicement last year — up 14 per cent in two years — a Freedom of Information request found. Experts think the rise in sexual performance issues is linked to higher levels of PTSD.
