The tennis player and Nicky are said to be still friends despite the decision to end their romance.
A source told Page Six: ‘They dated for two years and have broken up.
‘It’s not because they don’t love each other, they do. They are still friends.’
Venus is thought to have taken Nicky as her date to her sister Serena’s wedding in November 2017, early in their romance.
Since Serena got married and gave birth to her daughter, many were wondering whether Venus and Nicky would follow in her footsteps.

It is not clear why Venus and Nicky split up, as one source claimed that the relationship had ‘run its course’, while another claimed that Venus wanted to settle down, whilst Nicky was not yet ready.
Nicky was notably 12 years younger than Venus, and an heir to the Annenberg family.
He was a big supporter of the tennis star, and was often in the stands at her tournaments.
