CUSTOMERS with TSB bank are locked out of their accounts AGAIN for the second time in a week after online services went down this morning.
So far more than 100 people have reported problems with the app crashing on what is payday for many around the country.

The Down Detector service – which tracks websites when they go offline – said there are 111 reports of issues with the app and online banking services at the moment.
It’s the second outage in a week, after customers also had trouble logging onto the bank’s app and website last Wednesday.
It comes after banks started revealing how many outages they have to the public.
Major banks suffer at least one major technical glitch a month, the BBC reports.

Customers took to social media today to complain that they can’t make payments or check their TSB accounts.
Some said they couldn’t log in at all, with the bank telling them that their password is incorrect even when it’s right.
Others say they can log in but can’t make payments and that the app and website are “slow”.
Many people are frustrated the issues are happening on the last day of the month, which is payday for thousands of workers across the UK.
And it isn’t the first time TSB’s online banking services have gone down on payday.

A few customers tweeted to say they are going to switch banks after this latest outage.
Jade Moss wrote: “Every time it’s payday my online banking goes down, it’s a joke!!”
Jackie McIntosh added: “Yet againon payday @TSB banking app constantly crashes when trying to make payments.
“Neet to sort yourselves out, happening every month.”
A TSB spokesman said: “We’re aware that some customers are experiencing intermittent issues with their internet banking and mobile app.
“We’re working to solve this as soon as possible and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.”

TSB has been plagued with problems in the last year after an IT meltdown saw customers targeted by fraudsters and unable to access their accounts.
Meanwhile, Tesco has increased the top instant access cash ISA rate to 1.44 per cent.
