CHILDREN aged three who cannot dress themselves or use a toilet could be sent on bootcamps.
MPs want health visitors to assess tots at home to prepare them for school.

Their report said kids  likely to struggle would have to attend centres with their parents for “intensive support”.
Children in England can have up to five health visits until  aged  two and a half.
But the Commons Health Committee wants one added to check if youngsters are on course to reach the development necessary to start school at four or five.
The Professional Association for Childcare and Early Years says kids starting school must at least be able to wash their hands, wipe their nose and use cutlery.
But a study by education charity Teach First found one in three children in England at aged five is not “school ready”.
