A THREE-bed semi-detached house is up for sale for £270,000 – and it’s got its own swimming pool and hot tub.
The bargain home in Plymouth costs the same as a one-bed flat in Wembley, London.

And the house, which has been listed on Zoopla, may even be in your price range if you’re a first-time buyer.
You’d need £13,500 for a five per cent deposit and a mortgage for the remaining £256,500.
Okay, so it might not be for a single first-time buyer as you’d need to be earning around £64,000 a year before you could borrow that much but it’s more possible if you’re thinking of buying as part of a couple.
But while the home may sound amazing, property expert Paula Higgins from the HomeOwners Alliance says it’s not something you should dive into straight away.

Last year, semi-detached properties fetched an average price of £201,642 in the area, so really you’ll be paying over the odds by almost £70,000 for a house with a swimming pool.
The price of converting part of your garden into a pool yourself start at around £15,000, and you don’t even need planning permission to do it.
She added: “Whilst a swimming pool sounds like a fab idea, you need to think about the running costs of the swimming pool, which is about £10 a day.
“Might want to think about putting that towards a gym membership and not have the hassle of the pool, not to mention crossing your fingers hoping for great weather.”
But if you’re still tempted to take the plunge, the hot tubs are housed in a separate outdoor summer house.

As well the water features, the house has two large double bedroom and a smaller single one.
Unfortunately, the swimming pool takes up all of the back garden space but there is a grassy area to kick out in at the front and side of the house.
The pool is overlooked by a conservatory, and the sellers have already got planning permission for a side extension too so there’s room for the new owners to invest and make it even bigger.
There’s even a double garage and a driveway that can fit up to four vehicles on it.

House prices vary massively depending on where you’re buying. An entire row of five-bed houses can be bought in Middlesbrough for the same price as a single studio flat in London.
Meanwhile, a cowshed with no front or side walls has gone on sale for £150,000.
