Theresa May attempts to play pool during downtime at EU summit

Theresa May once admitted that the wildest thing she had ever done was ‘run through fields of wheat as a child.’
Therefore it is little wonder that the British Prime Minister appears to lack any knowledge about great British pub sports.
Mrs May took part in an impromptu pool game with the Italian Prime Minister during the EU-Arab summit in Egypt.

But the beleaguered leader had to ask what to do when given a cue by Giuseppe Conte.
She can be heard saying ‘You’ll have to show me what to do.’
The Italian PM obliges and gives a demonstration but misses and hands the cue to Mrs May, who tells him she will be ‘hopeless.’
She then turns to her chief of staff Gavin Barwell for some guidance before awkwardly hunching over the ball to take the shot.
Sadly, the clip cuts out before it becomes clear whether or not she actually potted any balls.

During the day, Mrs May has admitted she will not get a Brexit deal in time for MPs to hold a ‘meaningful vote’ this week.
Labour have accused her of running down the clock as she pledged MPs would be given a final say on the deal by March 12 – just two weeks before we are scheduled to leave.
Last night it was reported that Brexit could even be delayed by two months if Mrs May cannot get her deal through Parliament.
UK government officials are said to have drawn up a series of option in a bid to avoid resignations by politicians determined to support a backbench bid to take ‘no deal’ off the table this week.
Among those options include making a formal request to Brussels to delay Brexit by a few months.
