Templegate's racing tips: Salisbury and Wetherby

UP the Tempo for Salisbury’s 5.10.
STRICT TEMPO (nap) easily won a Nottingham novice race last summer and she was unlucky to be beaten in a good Doncaster nursery on her next start.

She didn’t run at all badly in the Listed Two-Year-Old Trophy at Redcar on her final start of last season and Andrew Balding’s well-bred filly is the type to do well this year.
RICH CUMMINS (4.25 Wetherby, nb) has improved with every step up in trip.
He’s gone close over 1m4f on his last two starts and he should take another step forward upped to 1m6f for the first time.
