THIS is the shocking moment a mum feeds her “zombie” son who refused to stop playing a video game during a 48-hour marathon session.
Footage shows Lilybeth Marvel, 37, standing next to her son Carlito Garcia and puts food in his mouth in an internet café in Nueva Ecija in the Philippines while he remains staring at the screen.

She is seen trying to get her 13-year-old son to eat breakfast she has brought to him while he continues playing a game.
He is so fixated with the game his eyes remain glued to the screen and his hands don’t leave the keyboard as his mum puts food into his mouth.
Lilybeth can be heard to say to her son: “My poor child… Here, eat now.
“You have so much money, it might take till tomorrow for you to get home.
“Are you still needing to pee? My goodness, just feel sorry for my child. You are so irritating.”
She also asks if he wants to take the vitamins that his grandmother has sent him because she is worried he is becoming malnourished.
Carlito has been taken out of school by Lilybeth and her husband, also called Carlito, while they try to deal with his addiction.
The boy reportedly sits “like a zombie” and plays his favourite game, Rules of Survival, all day long.
Lilybeth has now begged for help online.
She said: “I used to just nag about his online games. But that didn’t work. So I’m trying a different approach.

“I try to make him feel that whatever is happening in his life, I am his mother who loves him and takes care of him.”
She claimed simply banning him had failed, adding that he would find ways of sneaking to the internet café to play the game.
Lilybeth said: “My husband and I decided that he should stop schooling first because of his addiction. Now we’re trying our best to manage the situation but it is still difficult.”
