Ryan Reynolds, Gal Gadot and Dwayne Johnson are set to pocket $20million each for Red Notice (Picture: Getty)Ryan Reynolds, Dwayne Johnson and Gal Gadot are about to be $20million (£16m) richer, thanks to new Netflix movie Red Notice.
The three movie stars are set to appear in the film, that will be released on the streaming service, and secure a hefty pay cheque while they’re at it.
According to Variety, the film has secured a $200million budget (£160m) and its leading stars will take home 10 per cent slice of that for themselves.
Alright for some, isn’t it.
The publication reports that Ryan has been given 20mil for starring in the film, Wonder Woman’s Gadot will make the same ‘after salary and the streamer’s practice of buying out typical “back end” profits stars would make from a theatrical release’.

Ryan was the last of the three A-listers to be confirmed for Red Notice – an action thriller all about the exploits of the world’s most wanted art thief.
Initially Universal had won the rights to the movie, directed by Rawson Marshall-Thurber, in a ‘ferocious’ bidding war with Netflix, but pulled out after getting cold feet.
Deadline reports that Universal decided against going ahead after Thurber pitched his screenplay and budget in June – despite the film being slated for release on 13 November 2020.
The Rock is expected to pocket slightly more than 20 mil as he is a primary producer on the movie (Picture: Getty Images)Netflix has now taken over the reins and The Rock’s production company Seven Bucks is also attached to the project.
Speaking about the movie, Johnson said: ‘With Red Notice, our goal at Seven Bucks Productions was to break down traditional barriers and create a true global event for the audience. Netflix has illustrated that they are the perfect partners to accomplish this goal.
‘Director/writer Rawson Thurber has delivered a dynamic script that me and my co-stars and partners-in-heist, Gal Gadot and Ryan Reynolds, can’t wait to shoot.’
It follows a long line of Netflix original movies, including Okja, Mowgli: Legend of the Jungle, Roma, Bird Box and To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before.
