The family, including their 11-year-old son, were due to fly home two days after the tragedy.
Just hours before she was found “blue in colour”, Victoria had enjoyed dinner with husband Ronald Jeffs, their son and close family friends.
But she had been complaining about a pain in her “left side” and went to bed early, Manchester Evening News reports.
Distressed husband Ronald told a hearing in Heywood, Gtr Manchester, that he performed CPR on Victoria but was unable to save her.
He called paramedics who rushed to the resort of Los Cristianos in Tenerife – but despite their efforts she was pronounced dead at the scene.
Mr Jeffs described his wife – who worked for British Gas – as a “bubbly, “fun loving” and “beautiful lady”.
‘SHE SEEMED FINE’
Recalling the tragic night, Mr Jeffs, from Middleton, Gtr Manchester, said: “She seemed fine, but a couple of days before she died she had complained about a pain in the left side of her abdomen.
“I told her to go and see someone whilst we were out there but she said she would wait till we got back as we were due to fly home two days later.
“We had been out with friends who lived nearby that evening but at about 11.45pm Vickie said she felt unwell and went back to the apartment.
“I stayed with her son to watch the rest of the entertainment and went to bed about 12.45pm.
“Around an hour later, I heard Vickie making a strange noise, like she was snoring .
“I nudged her but she didn’t move. I noticed she was blue around the mouth.”

A postmortem carried out in Spain found that Mrs Jeffs had died of a heart attack brought on by a “Coronary Artery Dissection” – a tear in the coronary artery.
British Pathologist Dr Michael Wells said the condition is rare and can affect fit and healthy people.
Coroner Michael Salt recorded a conclusion of death by natural causes.
He said: “Clearly what happened was very sudden and unexpected.
“Vickie had been out for a meal with friends and within hours was deceased.
“We have little by the way of definite assurance as to why.

“The cause of death offered by the Spanish postmortem would be rare but would be a plausible cause of death which would be sudden, unexpected and would fit the circumstances here.
“This is a very sad and sudden death of a relatively young lady.”
Speaking after the inquest, Mr Jeffs said he and son Lucas scattered half of Victoria’s ashes in Los Cristianos in a touching ceremony along with 45 family members.
