A mum has been found guilty of biting a child after she invited him to fight her during a sleepover.
Jade Coles, 27, was visiting the home where the 13-year-old victim was staying and offered the boys a bag of sweets which had cigarettes hidden inside.
The boys refused them and went into the living room and described Coles as being ‘proper drunk’ when she followed them in.

Plymouth Crown Court heard she then pulled one of them off the sofa and wrestled him to the ground, pulling his arms back and kneeling on him.

She then turned on her victim and swung at him but missed and fell to the ground.
Instead, she grabbed his leg and sunk his teeth into his calf muscle, biting harder until the boy tried to move.
Plymouth Crown Court was told she also offered the boys a bag of sweets which had cigarettes inside (Picture: PA)Coles was accused of racially aggravated assault after it was claimed she had made a racist remark to the victim, who was described in court as ‘mixed race’.
A jury found there was no racial element to the April 4 incident, which was described as being ‘beyond play-fighting’, but found Coles guilty of common assault against the boy.
After the verdict the case was adjourned and Coles will return to court for sentencing on March 18.
