Fox6 News Moronez, 61, from Wisconsin, US, pleaded guilty to killing all three babies
According to prosecutors, Moronez admitted to drowning her 18-day-old son, Justin Brunka, in 1980.
The mum from Wisconsin, US, allegedly also suffocated six-month-old Brad Steege in 1984 and three-month-old Katie Kozeniecki the following year.
At the time, all three deaths were attributed to sudden infant death syndrome, or SIDS, and the cases were closed.
But in 2015, Moronez’s adult daughter, Ami Brunka, came forward and told police that her mother had confessed to killing Justin.
Police in the Milwaukee suburb of Franklin, where Justin died, reopened the case and it was determined the boy had been killed.
In an interview with cops in February 2018, Moronez told cops she was responsible for all three deaths.
In her chilling confession she said: “I can’t take kids that constantly cry.”
Brunka revealed that she thinks her mother should have been charged a long time ago.
“I don’t understand why they couldn’t figure that out. One, two, three, I mean, come on,” Brunka said.
“I mean I’m not a rocket scientist, but wow.”

She said she struggled with the fact that she could have also been a victim.
“I don’t know why I’m here, that’s one thing I’m having a real hard time with,” she said.
Kevin Magno, the Franklin officer who led the reopened investigation, said that several factors likely contributed to the children’s deaths being mischaracterised as the result of natural causes.
The last two deaths happened in Milwaukee, so cops there may not have known about the first death in Franklin.

Moronez, 61, had faced more serious counts of second-degree murder, but they were reduced as part of a deal with prosecutors.
She is due to be sentenced May 3.
