MORRISONS has brought back its fuel deal giving motorists 5p off per litre.
All you need to do to enjoy the offer is spend at least £40 before this Sunday – June 9 – in a Morrisons store, where you’ll be given a voucher.

To then redeem the coupon, simply fill up your car at a Morrisons petrol station between now and June 16 and hand it over to get your discount.
Five pence off per litre doesn’t sound like a lot but Morrisons says the average driver will save about £2.50 when re-filling a tank.
Sadly, the deal can only be used on one purchase of fuel, up to a maximum of 100 litres.
The £40 spending excludes purchases at Morrisons’ cafés and of fuel, tobacco, lottery products, gift cards, stamps, infant milk formula, mobile top-ups, and online games.
For the full terms and conditions, see Morrisons’ website.
As always, it is worth comparing petrol prices to nearby stations in advance to make sure you’re not paying more than you have to – though the 5p a litre off fuel may outweigh any difference.
Ways to cut down on your fuel costsHERE are some tips on how you can slash the cost of fuel
Make your car more fuel-efficient. You can do this by keeping your tyres inflated, taking the roof rack off, emptying your car of clutter and turning off your air con when driving at lower speeds.
Find the cheapest fuel prices. PetrolPrices.com and Confused.com allows you to search prices of UK petrol stations. All you need to do is enter in your postcode and tell it how far you want to travel (up to 20 miles).
Drive more efficiently. Some ways to do this, include:
Accelerate gradually without over-revving
Always drive on the highest possible gear
If you can, allow your car to slow down naturally as your brake is a money burner
Re-starting your car is expensive, if you can keep moving
The Sun has scanned the market for other fuel deals by the UK’s major supermarkets, but we haven’t been able to find any.
Sainsbury’s has confirmed it isn’t offering any discounts at the moment, while Asda and Tesco haven’t yet got back to us. We’ll update this article as soon as we hear back.
Morrisons has previously offered motorists 10p a litre off fuel, while Sainsbury’s last month ran a similar offer if you first spent at least £60 in its stores or online.
There are nearly 500 Morrisons stores in the UK and 334 of them have petrol stations. Find your nearest branch using its online shop finder tool.
