And it has caught the attention of United who are prepared to fork out their biggest transfer fee in history for the youngster.
According to the Daily Mirror, United would meet the £100m valuation of Sancho, surpassing the £89m they paid in a then-world record deal for Paul Pogba in 2016.
The move would also set a new British transfer record and almost double the highest fee for an Englishman.
Kyle Walker currently holds that record following his £53m move from Tottenham to Man City in 2017.

He has scored nine goals and provided 11 assists for Dortmund this season.
Sancho’s impact has been so great that Chelsea-bound Christian Pulisic has been pushed out of the starting line-up.
United are expected to face competition from French giants Paris Saint-Germain in any offer for Sancho.
PSG want to add him to their star-studded forward line that currently includes Kylian Mbappe and Neymar.
