A MAN has died after being stabbed in South London this evening – as cops hunt his attacker.
Officers tried to save the 23-year-old’s life but he died after being attacked at 6.45pm.

Lambeth MPS tweeted: “We are at the scene of a fatal stabbing at 6.45pm in Minet Road, #SW9 #Lambeth.
“Officers gave first aid to the 23-yr-old victim, who sadly died at the scene.
“No arrest at present. Witnesses or anyone with info pls call 101 reference 6141/21Feb.”

2018 was London’s bloodiest year in almost a decade as the murder toll reached 134.
The first knife murder victim of the new year was Charlotte Huggins, 33, who died in Camberwell, London, just after 4am on January 1.
The Met Police said that cops were called by the London Ambulance Service to a home on John Ruskin Street at 4.20am, to a report of a stabbing.
