LIVERPOOL are the first-ever ePremier League champions after current world #1 FIFA 19 Xbox player Donovan ‘F2Tekkz’ Hunt swept aside the competition.

F2Tekkz was expected to dominate the tournament as he’s running away with the world rankings on the Xbox side — but the pressure of representing the club he supports for the first time seemed to get to him.
A loss to Manchester City in the group stage was a shock, and he looked destined to fall at the final hurdle before late goals secured the Xbox title and the full allocation of eWorld Cup ranking points.
Hunt described that final as “the craziest game I ever played in”, relying on a last-gasp winner from the unlikeliest of sources to beat Fulham’s SCP Diogo.
He credited fellow pro Hashtag Harry for suggesting Dominic Calvert-Letwin after he subbed in the Everton youngster at the death to make it to the grand final and win the Xbox side of the tournament in the dying seconds of extra time.

He won the toss for the cross-platform final to make sure the second leg would be on Xbox, his home platform — but he needn’t have bothered.
A dominant 4-1 win in the first leg on PlayStation 4 combined with a quick fifth in the opening minutes of the second leg while Leese was struggling with the unfamiliar controller on his ‘away’ platform to make it clear the title was only ever going one way.

Some showboating from F2Tekkz after that might have cost him a goal or two, but did run down the clock.
A late consolation for United wasn’t enough to make the closing stages tense, but did restore some pride for the shellshocked Leese.
F2Tekkz is leading the FIFA 19 Global series rankings on Xbox with almost 10,000 points under his belt this season already — and with his nearest rival, Saudi Rogue Msdossary, not even cracking 4,000 yet, he is odds on to continue his run and pick up the Fifa eWorld Cup this summer.
