Biebs had a few things to get off his chest about Eminem Getty, Rex)Justin Bieber is a brave soul after criticising rap legend Eminem for ‘dissing’ the new generation of young rappers.
Back in 2018, Eminem, 46, released the track Kamikaze in which he took aim at the likes of 21 Savage, Lil Pump, Lil Xan and Machine Gun Kelly, whom he described as ‘mumble rappers’.
Earlier on Tuesday, Biebs listened to Eminem’s Kamikaze track The Ringer while on a flight on his private jet, and it appears to have got him thinking.
In an Instagram Story, the popstar said: ‘I just like Ems flow but don’t like that he’s dissing new rappers I like the new generation of rap he just doesn’t understand it [sic].’
We’ll gloss over the fact that Biebs didn’t take a breather in that whole sentence.
On Kamikaze, Em raps: ‘I heard your mumbling but it’s jumbled in mumbo-jumbo/ The era that I’m from will pummel you, that’s what it’s coming to.’
Eminem is yet to respond but Justin should probably brace himself for when the Slim Shady drops his next album.
Or maybe Justin will be the one to finally bridge the gap between Em and the so-called ‘mumble rappers’?
It seems Justin, 25, is in the music frame of mind right now after teasing a new collaboration with his old friend Ed Sheeran.
The Sorry singer shared photos with the British singer on Instagram, showing them standing close together and practically holding hands.
The only clue he provided fans was the caption ‘10’, so it’s not clear if that’s the song title or the amount of days we have to wait to hear what they’ve cooked up in the recording studio.
Regardless, fans can rest assured that new Bieber music is definitely on the way as the singer confirmed as much during his surprise performance during Ariana Grande’s headline Coachella set in April.

Justin told the audience: ‘I haven’t been on stage in like two years. I came out here, no idea I was gonna be on stage tonight.
‘Oh and by the way, new album coming soon.’
