Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order has no official release but it is expected to be with us in late 2019.

It will get its first public showing on April 13, at an official Star Wars Celebration event in Chicago.
The tagline for JFO says the game “tells an original Star Wars story around a surviving Padawan set shortly after the events of Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith”.
The single-player-only game is developed by Respawn, who are behind the sci-fi shooter franchise Titanfall, and will be on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
A gameplay trailer is yet to be released by EA but it will be added as soon as it is, so keep keeping check back at SunTech for all the latest news.
EA Games EA’s Star Wars: Battlefront 2 was roundly criticised upon release despite being visually impressive
What is EA’s reputation with Star Wars games?
The company behind FIFA have continuously struggled to present offerings deemed satisfactory to Star Wars fans.
While 2015’s Star Wars Battlefront was praised for being visually impressive, it’s repetitive and lack of content was criticised.
It’s 2017 sequel was panned for its over-reliance on micro-transactions, a feature of EA’s other gaming, which gives players advantages should they pay with real money.
For instance, to access Darth Vader, players needed to spend around 40 hours earning him or pay to use him, which caused hordes of angry gamers to demand refunds.

Why has EA cancelled its Star Wars open-world game?
Electronic Arts announced the cancellation of an open-world Star Wars title to instead refocus their efforts on Fallen Order.
The Ex-Visceral Games project was in development for nearly six years in various forms meaning it had built up quite the cult following already.
In an interview with Kinda Funny Games, Gary Whitta, co-writer of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, criticised EA for its handling of the Star Wars license.
Whitta said: “I would just take the license away from EA because it’s been catastrophically mismanaged.”
“My understanding is what [EA] was saying all the way through is that we don’t want to make Star Wars Uncharted. Well, maybe don’t hire the narrative director of the Uncharted games to make it for you, and figure out what it is you actually want?
