Iceland adds two new Slimming World products

DIETERS no longer have to miss out on the classic summer BBQ as Iceland adds two new Slimming World meals to its range.
Slimmers can now pick up burgers and beef koftas for £3.50 at the supermarket.
Iceland The healthy burgers are available at Iceland already
The former combines beef and onion quarter pounders and vegetable burgers that come packed with chickpeas, vegetables and edamame beans.
The burgers are then also topped off with a tomato and basil sauce.
The koftas are sold in packs of four, and they come with a green chilli sauce and yogurt drizzle.
Iceland currently also has an offer on, which means shoppers can get a free Slimming World vegetable side (worth up to £1.75) if you buy at least three Slimming World meals or meats until June 4.
Iceland Why not put a couple of koftas on the barbecue this summer?
All the new additions are classed as free foods, and are on sale in stores and online now.
That means you can eat as much of it as you want without having to calorie count, according to Slimming World guidelines.
If the dishes weren’t “free,” they would have a “Syn” count, which dieters would have to subtract from their daily allowance.
Dieters on a Slimming World plan usually have between five and 15 Syns a day.

If you want to calorie count, the 457g burgers contain 119 calories per 100g while the 300g koftas contain 123 calories per 100g.
There are about 16,000 weekly Slimming World groups across the UK and Ireland. You can find your nearest class on the Slimming World website.
