NEED cash quickly? You can make nearly £500 in just an hour if you know how – and you can even do it on your lunchbreak.
Bloggers have revealed their tips for making a few extra quid just with a computer or your phone.

Making money doesn’t have to take up much time.
Some of these tips can completed in just a few minutes and it’s up to you how long you want to spend doing them.
While you won’t be able to do them all in an hour to earn the maximum amount, you can certainly complete a few in that time.
The Sun asked money bloggers for some of their top tips for making extra cash, from filling in surveys to transcribing for a fee.
Here’s what you need to know…1. Complete online surveys – earn £24
You’ll know about this one already, but you can earn money just from filling in an online survey or two.
Emma Drew of Emmadrew.info and Francesca Mason of From Pennies to Pounds, both swear by the money-making trick.
They take a few minutes to complete and you can earn up to £6 for one.
£6 might not sound like a lot but if you do a few, then the cash can really add up.

Francesca recommends trying out the various sites to see which ones work best for you.
But she recommends YouGov.co.uk, Prolific.ac, Streetbees, and PineconeResearch.co.uk.
The money is usually paid via PayPal or into your bank account once you’ve earned a certain amount.

2. Sell unwanted presents – up to £470
Spend your lunch hour by selling unwanted presents you no longer want online.
It’s the oldest trick in the book but many bloggers, including Lynn James, aka Mrs Mummy Penny, sell unwanted clutter to boost their income.
Data suggests you can sell unwanted presents for up to £470 on websites such as eBay.
The auction website comes with fees, but there are plenty of other websites where you can list items for no charge, such as Facebook Marketplace and Gumtree.
You don’t even need to go to the post office anymore as you can choose to have couriers pick up the items from your home.
Francesca said: “You may think that no-one would buy any of the things that you don’t want anymore, but you’d be surprised at what people will want.”
Time per listing: 15 minutes
3. Mystery shopping – earn up to £80 per review

You might think you have to leave your home or office to do some mystery shopping.
But many companies will ask you to do some market research over the phone or online, meaning you don’t have to go anywhere.
Francesca says her favourite mystery shopping companies are Marketforce, Red Wigwam, Grassroots, Ipsos, the Field Agent app and Tern.
Mystery shoppers are usually given between £5 and £20 to spend at each store, but the payments can also be a lot higher depending on the type of assignment.
Time: Under 30 minutes
4. Sign up to some apps – earn £30
Some apps will give you money just for downloading them – and they could help you save money too.
For example, Plum is a free chatbot app which uses Facebook Messenger to automate savings for you.
If you connect your bank account using a MoneySavingExpert referral link, you’ll also get £5 free cash just for signing up.
New banking app Monese is also giving away a free £5 when you download its app if use Francesca’s referral code: FRANC604.

You’ll need to deposit £10 first of all but then you’ll receive £5 into the account, which you can then transfer.
With Ipsos Media Cell – consumer data tracking software – you will earn a £20 voucher just by installing an app on your phone.
You also have to fill in a quick survey.
You then get £10 every month you keep it installed on your phone.
Time: Under five minutes
5. Complete simple tasks for cash – up to £180
Money-earning website 20Cogs gets you to complete 20 tasks for cash.
They can be things like questionnaires and signing up to offers, but all can be cancelled at no cost.
Savvy blogger Lynn James made £180 this way.
The tasks will be given out over a few weeks, but if you spent an hour everyday completing some of them, you could make some serious money very quickly.
Time: 15 minutes a day
6. Transcribe for a fee – up to £61 an hour

Make the most of your hour-long break by transcribing for a fee.
You’ll be sent an audio file which you then have to type out.
There are plenty of websites to choose from, including Way With Words.
Depending on your skill level, you can earn up to $82 (£61) an hour.
It’s a global website so you’ll be paid in dollars but this will converted when it reaches your bank account.
Time: Depends, but expect an hour’s work
