According to B&Q’s research, half of UK residents polled would be disappointed with a BBQ spread that only offered the traditional meat and buns options.
Nowadays, people (apparently) want to have fancier options too like cauliflower steaks and salmon sausages.
It’s not yet definitively clear exactly what the weather will be like this May Bank Holiday, but the Met Office’s long-range forecast suggests Britain is going to have warmer than average weather over the coming weeks.
