Despite barely getting any asleep after becoming parents, Gregg Wallace and his wife Anna looked fresh faced for an appearance on This Morning together.
The couple talked about Italian food and whipped up a delicious recipe in the kitchen.
Anna, who had only given birth six weeks ago, looked relaxed as she displayed her culinary skills alongside her MasterChef star husband.
But even though they looked chilled out, Gregg admitted that they are having to get used to the sleep deprivation that comes from having a newborn.
Anna told hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield that her Italian family always made a point of eating together, prompting Gregg to add: ‘We can’t get the baby at the table yet. We can get the two dogs but we can’t get the baby.’
When Holly asked how the little one was doing, Anna said: ‘Really good yeah, Mum’s at home looking after him because Mum lives with us.
‘He’s six weeks. It’s gone really quickly.’

‘I find the sleepless nights difficult. If you’ve got to get up in front of a cmera the next day it’s not easy. But you don’t just marry an Italian you marry the whole family.’
Introducing baby Sid to the world in a photoshoot with OK!, the Eat Well For Less host was emotional recalling Sid’s birth, saying it was scarier than when he had his children Tom and Libby from his second marriage.

Gregg is smitten with his boy (Picture: greggawallace/Instagram)The 54-year-old said: ‘I don’t know if it’s because it took us so long to conceive or perhaps it’s because I’m older, but I was scared for their health. I could have hugged the doctors.’
Gregg was ‘down the business end’ as his 33-year-old wife gave birth, and said: ‘I saw him take his first breath, it was just beautiful. I looked at him and thought he was perfect.’
This Morning airs weekdays from 10.30am on ITV.
