A GIRLFRIEND has vowed to stand by her killer man who stabbed his dad 60 times as she claims “he never did anything to me”.
Daniel Seggie, 31, launched the vicious assault on Geoff, 59, at their home in Derby back in December 2016. Zoe Spence with boyfriend Daniel Seggie who stabbed his dad to death 60 times

Nottingham Crown Court heard how Daniel snuck into his dad’s room before using a knife and hammer to kill him.
He then tried to cover his tracks, making phone calls from Geoff’s phone and lying to his own family.
Geoff’s body was found with 80 separate injuries, and evidence showed he struggled for part of the assault.
But mum-of-two Zoe Spence insists she will always defend him.

She told the Star on Sunday: “Dan, I’ll still always stick up for. He was always the guy that never did anything wrong to me.
“He always supported me. He always had my back and the kids.”
She admitted that the incident is “still a massive shock” and people always question why she still defends him.
Just one day after the incident, Daniel was seen treating himself to McDonald’s.
Zoe did not know anything about the crime until he sent her a number of text messages.
Speaking on true-crime series What The Killer Did Next she added: “He sent me a message saying he was on the way, and then just didn’t turn up.
“I thought he was obviously busy or something’s come up with work.
