Gemma Collins has recruited her bestie and PA to help her heal from her Dancing On Ice injuries – which are still causing her all kinds of problems after that epic fall two months ago.
The Towie meme queen went flying on the second week of the series with a live fall mid-performance, leaving her knees painfully bruised, and claims she’s been in agony ever since.
However, despite being on a loved-up holiday posing in weird electronic bikinis by the poolside with boyfriend James Argent, it appears PA Lucas has been brought along to help the GC soothe her aching wounds.
Videoing him giving her knees a rubdown, she told her Insta followers: ‘This is what best friends do when you’re tired at the end of a long day. This is what got Lucas an executive assistant title. This is why you got the job Lucas.
‘So if anyone is wondering what is happening I still have a six month recovery on my knees from Dancing On Ice.’
Instructing her bestie to explain about the ‘heat coming off her knees’, Lucas faithfully obliged her and explained: ‘I’m touching this part of the knee underneath and it’s like touching a freshly ironed… thing. It radiates heat and when you move your knee, you can feel it creaking.’
Yowza. Sounds like even now it’s painful, but at least the bruising has managed to go down.

But you can’t keep a good diva down for too long, and after her fall became iconic in the history of Dancing On Ice, she’s now launching a new single with Naughty Boy and even lending tips to Naomi Campbell about embracing your diva-dom.
While on her break, she’s also shared snaps of her and Arg in a giant bubble bath in shades, as you do.
We’re going to take a guess and say that poor Lucas was the guy behind the camera for that photoshoot too.
That is one hell of a mate.
