Two crew members, a patient who was being treated inside the vehicle, and their family member are all being treated in A&E.
The ambulance is believed to have overturned after crashing outside Medway Maritime Hospital, Gillingham, Kent, reported Kent Online.
It is not yet known what condition the victims are in.
Hospital bosses said an investigation is underway to determine how the crash occurred on Tuesday afternoon.
An ambulance spokeswoman told Kent Online: ‘Both of our crew members, the patient and a relative who was accompanying the patient are all now being treated in the A&E.

‘As with any incident involving one of our vehicles, we will carry out a full investigation into the circumstances.’
Medway NHS Foundation Trust chief executive James Devine confirmed the incident but that there is minimal disruption to the area and A&E is operating as normal.
He added to the news site that paramedics from the hospital responded promptly and all involved were sent to the emergency department for treatment.
