Dyson Lightcycle – a colour-adjusting ‘task light’
The new Dyson Lightcycle is described as a “task light”, which means it’s supposed to help you when working.
It uses a special algorithm to adjust the colour temperature and brightness in response to your local daylight.
This means you should end up with the correct type of light for the right time of day.
Dyson says this will improve your “visual acuity”, and can give you a “uniform pool of high-quality light” up to a 1,000 Lux brightness.
You can bag the lamp in desk and floor variants, ranging between £449.99 and £649.99.

There’s also an app that lets you control the lighting remotely, to boot.Dyson Pure Cool Me – a ‘personal purifying fan’
Dyson has also unveiled yet another fan, this time with a built-in air purifier.
It has Dyson’s custom-built air filtration system to help clean up indoor pollution.
“In addition to pollution entering our homes when we open the windows or doors, common everyday activities and household items can also make air dirty,” Dyson explained.
It also works as a standard fan that you can control using a smartphone app.
And like other Dyson fans, this £299.99 cooler is completely bladeless, which makes it quiet – and more importantly, safe for your fingers.

Dyson V11 Absolute – an ‘intelligent’ cordless vacuum cleaner
There’s also a brand new version of the Dyson Absolute cord-free vacuum cleaner.
The cordless Dyson V11 Absolute has three microprocessors on board, which supposedly make it “intelligent”.
This computer system monitors performance up to 8,000 times a second, automatically adjusting suction depending on the floor type.
“The DLS system, unique to the High Torque cleaner head, intelligently detects brush bar resistance up to 360 times a second and automatically communicates with the motor and battery’s microprocessors to change the suction power between carpets and hard floors,” Dyson explains.
“This enables carpets to be deep cleaned and runtime to be extended on hard floors.”

There’s also an on-board screen that shows current performance, remaining run-time, and power mode options.
This screen will also remind you when it’s time to clean filters, and will warn you about blockages and tell you how to clear them.
Dyson has fitted the V11 Absolute (which retails at £499.99) with a new battery pack too, promising up to 60 minutes of floor cleaning.
