The pair, who attended the Met Gala together just last month, have split after struggling to see each other regularly, The Sun reports.
They have been together on and off since 2013 but the last three years have been especially tough, sources claim, because the IDGAF hitmaker’s schedule is getting busier.
A source said: ‘Dua and Isaac have really struggled to see each other since getting back together.
‘They wanted to make things work and things were great between them for a while but she is just getting busier and busier.
‘She is gearing up to release new music and has basically been performing across the world non-stop for the past three years so it’s been tough.’
A representative for Dua Lipa has been contacted by Metro.co.uk for comment.

The couple has been together for a number of years but they briefly split in February 2017.
In June last year, Dua’s romance with the model and chef, who made his TV debut on This Morning last December, was rocked by claims that he was pictured getting close to another woman in.
Currently, Dua is focussed on a follow-up album, two years after releasing her self-titled debut.
The singer previously said she had set the bar particularly high when it came to love and enjoyed being single.
‘I’m such a firm believer in love,’ she said in an interview with ELLE UK last May.
‘I blame my parents for that, because they have a really good relationship and I think they’ve set my standards high.’
She added: ‘There’s so much fun in being single. When I’m single, I end up having so much more time to do a lot of other stuff… I think you learn so much more about yourself when you’re completely alone.’
