Coronation Street fans convinced Gina will die after co-star star Sally Dynevor speaks about her in past tense

CORONATION Streets fans are convinced Gina will die in tonight’s factory roof collapse after Sally Dynevor spoke about her in the past tense.
Appearing on Loose Women via video link from Weatherfield Sally, who plays Sally Metcalfe, discussed working alongside Connie Hyde (Gina) saying it “was amazing”.
Fans think Gina, played by Sally Dynevor, will be killed off
It comes after The Sun Online revealed that Connie was leaving the soap after two years.
Connie, who was in the studio, didn’t address her exit even when quizzed about if she worried about getting killed off when she got the script for the factory roof collapse this evening.
Sally however admitted she always worries she will get the boot, saying: “I have been here for years.
“As an actor you can think it will all end next week. It’s been amazing, it was amazing working with her. We have been so lucky.”

The women were both on Loose Women today but Sally appeared via video link
Those watching at home believe her use of past tense could be hitting at Gina getting killed off.
They also think it might be a clue that Sally was on set while Connie was in the studio.
One person wrote: “Did our Sally just slip up there?  “It was good fun” #LooseWomen #corrie.”
A second remarked: “Looks like Gina is being killed off then #LooseWomen #corrie #coronationstreet.”
While a third added: “Sally from Corrie has just revealed Gina dies tonight #LooseWomen.”
Earlier today we revealed that viewers will see Gina, who works in the Underworld, hospitalised after being crushed in the factory roof collapse this week as she’s written out of the soap.

However, Gina will walk away with her life and the door will be left open for her return.
A source said: “Connie is still very much part of the Corrie family but Gina’s time on the street has come to a natural end – for now.”
They continued: “The character could return, but it won’t be as a permanent fixture and Gina won’t be living on the cobbles anymore.
“She is obviously the second high profile exit this year after Bhavna Limbachia as the soap tries to freshen up the Street.”
Gina arrived on the cobbles in March 2017 and has been a constant thorn in her sister Sally Metcalfe’s side.
