CONOR MCGREGOR was arrested in Miami on Monday after allegedly smashing a phone out of someone’s hand.
The alleged incident took place at 5am local time outside the Fontainebleau hotel on Miami beach.

McGregor, 30, was charged with strong-arm robbery and misdemeanour criminal mischief, the Miami Beach Police Department said.
According to the arrest report, McGregor and the fan were walking out of the hotel, which is home to a famed nightclub called LIV, at 5am.
When the fan tried to take a picture with his mobile, McGregor slapped it out of his hand before stomping on it several times, the report said.
McGregor then picked up the phone and walked away with it, according to Miami Beach police.
The Irish UFC star was not arrested at the scene but police later found him at a house on North Venetian Drive, the Miami Herald report.
He taken to Miami-Dade jail on Monday night and had his photo taken.

Miami Herald journalist David Ovalle tweeted that McGregor would post bail and not spend the night in jail.
His lawyer Samuel Rabin told Miami Herald that McGregor “was involved in a minor altercation involving a cell phone that resulted in a call to law enforcement. Mr McGregor appreciates the response of law enforcement and pledges his full cooperation.”
This arrest comes a year after he attacked a bus carrying UFC fighters including Khabib Nurmagomedov in New York.
McGregor pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge and was sentenced to three days of anger management courses and five days of community service.

McGregor has been on holiday with his family in Florida ahead of a UFC comeback.
The 30-year-old jetted his family to Florida to celebrate mum Margaret’s 60th birthday.
So far they have enjoyed a lavish dinner at the Versace mansion before taking time to visit Miami’s Sea Life aquarium.
And the holidays continued as McGregor showed his daring side by getting in the arena with an alligator.
He uploaded pictures of the duel and managed to grab the reptile by its tail.
