CHELSEA are unwilling to meet Willian’s contract demands – despite £35million offers flooding in from the likes of Barcelona and Atletico Madrid.
The Blues are still in talks with the Brazilian winger, 30, who has just one year left on his current deal.

Willian is tipped to have a big season on the wing at Stamford Bridge with Eden Hazard having left for Real Madrid and Callum Hudson-Odoi a long-term injury worry.
However, with the in-demand forward turning 31 in August, Chelsea are seemingly only willing to hand him a one-year extension.
With the Blues currently in the midst of a two-window transfer ban, the club will be keen to cling on to as much of their top talent as possible.
Willian is said to be demanding a two-year extension to his current deal which would see him stay at the club until at least 2022.
A fan favourite since joining the club for his faultless work-rate and technical ability, supporters will be keen to see him stay.
And they will be buoyed by Chelsea’s stubborn approach to selling him, having already rejected two bids from La Liga.
But Blues fans will still be concerned they will be raided by European giants this summer – with no way of replacing them.
Hazard left Stamford Bridge last week in a mega transfer to Real Madrid, worth up to £150m.
And outgoing boss Maurizio Sarri is said to want Jorginho and Emerson at Juventus with him.
Letting Willian go would be a different matter, however, as the fee on offer by Barca and Atleti won’t change the club’s financial picture too much.
With young players such as Hudson-Odoi and Christian Pulisic having a big role to play next season, it makes sense to keep the Brazilian around – for his experience if nothing else.
