Isak is on loan in the Netherlands at Willem II and has scored eleven goals in eleven appearances for the Dutch side.
Ten of those goals have come in the 19-year-old’s last six appearances. Being Swedish, Isak being hailed as the next Zlatan Ibrahimovic and has already made three appearances for the international side.
The Mirror claim Chelsea sent scouts to watch Isak in action in his club’s last outing against Ajax.

The teenager signed for Dortmund in January 2017 in a reported £14million deal, as Dortmund beat Real Madrid to his signature.
Real continue to monitor Isak’s progress and would likely challenge Chelsea should the Blues bid for the Swede.

With speculation swirling Isak was unhappy with being loaned out to Willem II, the centre-forward revealed he would consider his options at the end of the current campaign.
He said: ‘I want to play for a really big club in a big league. I will see about my near future at the end of this season.’
