The Italian led his team to a controversial 2-1 win over Cardiff on Sunday afternoon as the Blues came from behind to pinch a late win, but the travelling Chelsea supporters were not impressed.

However, Sarri looks likely to have an option to return to his home country this summer, with the Express reporting that Roma want to appoint him as their new boss.

However, the former Chelsea, Leicester and Fulham boss is only in place until the end of the season and Roma are expected to appoint someone else permanently after the veteran boss.
