The singer, 37, took a short break from her treatment facility to pick up some frozen yogurt in Santa Monica, just a few hours after celebrating a 5lbs weight loss with a gym session she shared on Instagram.
Britney’s outing seemed like another attempt to quash an ongoing campaign to #FreeBritney from what fans believe is a ‘psychiatric hold’, which the singer addressed in a video post on Tuesday night.

All is well,’ she had said, addressing fans for the first time since cancelling her Domination residency in Las Vegas, this January.
‘My family has been going through a lot of stress and anxiety lately so I just needed time to deal with it. Don’t worry, I’ll be back very soon.’
Britney referenced her recovery again when she hit the gym the next day, joking: ‘Who knew stress would be a great 5 pound weight loss. Yay for me.’
The star released a video message for her fans on Tuesday night (Picture: Clint Brewer / LEGA / Vasquez-Max Lopes / Max Lopes / BACKGRID)In a high-speed workout video, the singer filmed herself lifting weights and then practising a dance routine in sweat pants and a yellow crop top.
Her boyfriend, personal trainer Sam Asghari, praised her for getting back at it, saying in the comments: ‘That’s my girlllllll.’
Sam confirmed on Tuesday that Britney was ‘doing great,’ despite protests in Hollywood accusing her team of holding her ‘against her will’.
Fans raised concerns that her recent treatment was orchestrated by her business manager Lou Taylor, and not Britney herself.
Her ex-manager Sam Lutfi has denied circulating ‘fake’ emails impersonating Britney, but accused Britney’s team of trying to ‘hide the narrative of a woman capable of running her own life’.
Britney’s boyfriend Sam was the first one to praise Britney’s ‘strength’ when reports emerged that she had checked herself into a treatment centre in March.
Britney and her family had been struggling to deal with her father Jamie Spears’s near-fatal health crisis, concerning a ruptured colon.
