A man is reportedly suing a popular British musician after he allegedly ‘fondled’ him in a hotel toilet.
The incident, which allegedly took place at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Knightsbridge in 2009, is said to have left the victim with ‘psychological trauma’.
It reportedly took place as the victim, 26, left a cubicle attempting to do up a button on his trousers.

The pair had reportedly met through a mutual friend prior to the incident.

Metropolitan Police confirmed they are investigating.
A spokesman said: ‘A man contacted police to allege that he was sexually assaulted by another man in February, 2009 at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, SW1.

The singer is reported to strongly deny the allegation.
