Miller is facing a one-year doping ban from boxing after failing a Voluntary Anti-Doping Association drug test in March and Hearn is now seeking a heavyweight who can step in to fight Joshua at Madison Square Garden on 1 June.
Joshua is scheduled to fight in six week’s time and Hearn revealed who the three-belt world champion’s ideal replacement is.
‘[Ortiz] was the first name he gave me last night,’ Hearn told IFL TV.

‘I asked who he wanted and he said absolutely anyone, no problem.’
‘We haven’t talked about a new date,’ Hearn continued. ‘We’ve sold 17,000 tickets with 10,000 Brits flying out, so we’ll deliver.’
Hearn said there are eight possible heavyweights who could step in to fight Joshua, with 16 different fighters putting their name forward to replace Miller in the last 12 hours.

‘Love that fight, that is an ideal scenario,’ Hearn said about Joshua fighting Ortiz.
‘That is a big fight. Mu feeling from their team is he won’t be ready. I disagree with them. The argument that is a tougher fighter than Jarrell Miller.’
