Seen for the first time on The Mummy Diaries: The Wedding on ITVBe, the wedding officiant asked: “Greg, do you take Billie to be your husband?”
After a slight pause, Greg said: “No, my wife.”
Despite the mix-up, the wedding went ahead as planned with Greg looking totally smitten with his bride.
Moments before, Billie suffered pre-wedding nerves as she had a meltdown getting ready.

But everything worked out fine in the end as she looking every inch the blushing bride.
It wasn’t the only drama of the 90-minute special episode.
The moment Billie confronted her stepdad about getting kicked off the wedding flight was seen for the first time.
The Mummy Diaries viewers were in tears as Dave Chatwood, 65, admitted drinking a bottle of wine with two sleeping pills, which made him “too drunk” to fly.

He arrived late to the Maldives where 100 of Billie’s guests were enjoying boozed-up parties before the big day.
Looking sheepish, Dave sat down for a heart to heart with his eldest daughter on tonight’s show.
Explaining himself, he said: “I bottled it. I’m scared of flying. I thought I’ll take [the sleeping tablet] quickly while I was going through customs.
Prepared to give him a telling off, Billie asked what would have happened if they hadn’t managed to get him on another flight.

“I would have swam here for you,” said Dave.
“There’s only going to be one person to walk you down the aisle, and that’s me.”
Billie was left with a lump in her throat by Dave’s touching words ahead of her wedding to Greg Shepherd.
Struggling to hold back his tears, Dave said: “It’s going to kill me, emotionally, to see you get married.
“I’m so proud to have you on my arm. I can’t wait.”
