The Britain’s Got Talent judges may be split over whether comedian Siobhan Phillips is worthy of a place in the final, but viewers can all agree on one thing – she’s exactly like Victoria Wood.
Taking to the piano on tonight’s live semi-final, Siobhan sang a song about having a toddler that all parents of young children will relate to.
Especially when she asks if half 8 in the morning is too early for a glass of wine.
Fans of the show took to Twitter to compare her to the legendary Victoria Wood, though some weren’t too sure whether that was a good thing or not.
‘This woman is very Victoria Wood-esque and I am HERE for it,’ wrote one viewer who was totally on board with the act.
Shiobhan had the crowd in stitches (Picture: ITV)Siobhan earned herself a new nickname too – Poundland Victoria Wood, thanks to her apparently cheaper version of the Dinner Ladies star’s comedy.
‘Coming next; Poundland Victoria Wood,’ joked one tweeter, while other’s simply tweeted out the name on its own.
Siobhan will be hoping to make it through to Sunday’s live final after her performance tonight, though she has the likes of the popular Vardanyan Brothers to compete with.
Dave and Finn the police dog were the first act to make it through to the final after last night’s performance, despite accusations of a ‘fix’.
