Ben Cohen's wife Abby reveals she 'hit rock bottom' after couple's marriage fell apart

BEN Cohen’s ex-wife Abby admits she hit “rock bottom” after the couple’s marriage collapsed and he fell for his Strictly Come Dancing partner Kristina Rihanoff.
The rugby ace left his wife of 11 years and struck up a new romance with the Russian pro dancer not long after.

The mum-of-two opened up about her pain, revealing she planned to use her heartache to help the contestants on the new show she’s working on – The Undaters.
She said: “I know from personal experience what it’s like to hit rock bottom and it’s devastating.
“With wonderful family and friends I’ve built myself back up…”
Abby, 38, who is mum to two of Ben’s kids, split from the rugby star in 2013 after his appearance on Strictly and the couple divorced in 2016.

Ben and Kristina got together after the split and welcomed their first child together, a daughter named Mia, in 2016.
Abby is being joined on the show by another heartbroken celebrity wife, Lisa Armstrong.
The make-up artist, who split from husband Ant McPartlin last year, will be giving people new looks for the web series.
She said she hopes to inspire women not to believe false celebrity images and phoney advertising that can strip people of their self-confidence.
