The former three-belt world champion is preparing for his expected rematch with Andy Ruiz, which has been pencilled in for the end of the year.
Joshua gave a glimpse into his training last week and has again given fans a look into what he’s working on.
Head movement appears to be high on the list of priorities for Joshua, after Ruiz dumped AJ to the canvas four times in their fight.

Joshua is determined to seek immediate revenge over Ruiz and reclaim the belts he lost, and Eddie Hearn insists AJ is close to making an official announcement.
The rematch will either be in New York on 29 November or 7 December or in Cardiff at the Principality Stadium on 14 December.
‘I think it’s between the UK and MSG,’ Hearn said.

‘I spoke to him [Joshua] and said:”You’re going to have a very difficult decision to make in the next 48 hours. Because I’m going to lay it all on a bit of paper for you, and I’m going to say what do you want to do”. As always, Anthony will decide.’
