adolescents against any violation of their rights, especially during the
Carnival season.

In a message posted on her Twitter account, Rousseff reiterates that
before any adverse situation people ought to dial the phone number 100
for reporting on human rights violations and to children.

Protecting children and adolescents during these celebrations is
essential; do not look away, the head of state points out in her
message.

The call is made days after the Secretary of Human
Rights of the Presidency of the Republic launched a national campaign to
End Violence with the slogan ‘Do not look away, keep watching.
